My stay at this resort was far from enjoyable. The pool was unclean, and the booking process was chaotic. When I arrived for my reservation, they didn't have the room I booked available. The state of the room itself left much to be desired, and I found it quite eerie. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Rooms

The room was in poor condition, with a non-functioning TV and dirty amenities. It felt creepy and certainly needed renovations.
Service

The service was incredibly lacking; there appeared to be only one caretaker trying to manage everything.

I had a mixed experience at Bano Beach Resort. While it offered a really great vibe with plenty of space to enjoy the pool and beach during the off-peak season, there were issues that detracted from the overall stay, such as occasional power outages and maintenance problems. Nonetheless, the friendly staff and the personal touch made the visit enjoyable, and I really appreciated the local exploration opportunities.

Rooms

The room was spacious enough for our group, with extra beds provided at a reasonable price, but it was quite basic with only the essentials.
Service

Staff were accommodating and helpful, especially in arranging motorcycle rentals for exploring the island.
Location

The resort was in a tranquil area with easy access to beautiful beaches and local attractions, enhancing our island experience.
Dining

We cooked our own meals with some help from the kitchen staff, which worked out well, but the dining options at the resort were limited.
Facilities

The pool area was peaceful, and we practically had it to ourselves, but some amenities appeared to be under-maintained.

My experience at the resort was quite disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition, lacking basic amenities, and the service was practically non-existent. I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but the unkempt facilities and interruptions from loud music made it hard to enjoy. On the bright side, the beach nearby was beautiful, which was a small redeeming factor.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was very basic with just a bed and no electricity most of the time. It definitely needs renovations and a thorough cleaning.
Service

There seemed to be no staff available to assist us during our stay. The lack of service was really frustrating.
Location

The location is decent, but the noise from locals and other disturbances ruined the experience.

The facilities were poorly maintained with a dirty pool and no electricity. This resort is far from what I expect from a spa.

My trip to Camotes Island was absolutely enchanting, especially because of Bano Beach Resort. We managed to check in without any hassle during the off-peak season, which gave us the entire place to enjoy on our own. The accommodations were great for our group, and the service was accommodating too, but there were no 5-star amenities to be expected here. Overall, it was affordable, and we had a fantastic time exploring the island, but those looking for luxurious experiences might want to think twice.

We stayed in a villa with two queen-sized beds, and it was perfect for our group. It was a reasonable price at Php 1,600, especially with extra beds for our stay.

The staff were nice and helpful. They even allowed us to store our frozen meats in their freezer and prepared breakfast for us without any fuss.

We had a fun and personalized dining experience as we grilled our fresh seafood from a roadside vendor, which was a highlight of our trip.
Facilities

The resort featured a pool and a grilling area near the beach, both of which we enjoyed without any crowds.

I had quite the adventure exploring Camotes Island instead of joining the Sinulog festivities. We spent the weekend at Bano Beach Resort, where we got a villa that comfortably accommodated seven of us. The staff were very kind, and the off-peak season meant we basically had the entire resort to ourselves! However, the dining options were limited, and I wished there were more amenities. Overall, it was a fun trip, but there’s room for improvement in some areas.
